The Dahua NVR2108HS-8P-I2 is a compact, powerful network video recorder (NVR) from the WizSense series, ideal for surveillance solutions where you want to use IP cameras with smart features and where simplicity of installation is important. Built-in PoE ports, AI capabilities, and support for high resolutions make it a suitable choice for retail stores, small businesses, offices, or residential homes.

This recorder connects up to 8 IP cameras via PoE (Power over Ethernet), which reduces cabling since both power and data transmission come through a single cable. AI features such as face recognition, perimeter protection (such as tripwire/intrusion) and advanced motion detection ("SMD Plus") allow you to better monitor relevant events and reduce false alarms. In addition, it supports high-resolution images - up to 12 MP - and efficient video compression to optimize storage and bandwidth usage.

Its size (1U compact) allows it to easily fit in a rack or on a standard shelf, with solid finish and cooling control (smart fan). The combination of modern features, ease of use and solid technical specs make this NVR a strong foundation for a reliable surveillance system.
